Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
